I enjoyed a modern bathroom. The room featured quality linens. I found smart furnishings. Restaurant recommendations provided by the concierges were very helpful. They provided excellent directions. I found Filippo and Claudio fantastic.

The front desk staff provided really good service. They were always available and very helpful. The view of the Duomo from the restaurant balcony was amazing. The delicious 'extras,' available all day, and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

It only fits a couple of people with luggage.

the location was perfect (i loved being so close to everything). the staff were very attentive and provided free wine, coffee, and tea in the lobby. i even received a complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome gift. i also appreciated the availability of umbrellas to use in case of rain.
